I s...Several things come to mind with this post.... I suspect you and Ken rebuilt the engine on Algernon PFY at some point. I know he got a paint job as the result of some exchange....It might have been when we were living on Sutro. <br />and Ken might enjoy reading this series...email him the link. He really did have a soothing way about him, didn't he? So many tales of how he handled a crisis (like the one involving Papa, a vehicle, and Branscomb Road).<br />And I remember when you had that engine in the kitchen on San Fernando. I was living with you guys for that period. Jack had the couch and I had the alcove. What a crazy time but such an adventure. Loved reading about that drive south and the way you were able to negotiate the drive to BS.
